1. About PUTUSHART
PUTUSHART offers original handmade artwork, resin art, fluid art, handcrafted décor and related artistic products.
Because many of our products are handmade, small variations in colour, texture, pattern, finish, dimensions or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the individual character of handcrafted artwork and are not necessarily defects.
2. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- misuse or attempt to interfere with the website;
- attempt unauthorized access to our systems or customer accounts;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission;
- use the website in any manner that violates applicable law.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website where misuse, fraud or unlawful activity is suspected.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours and other information accurately.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and device displays.
Measurements for handmade products may also vary slightly.
Where a product is described as handmade, handcrafted, one-of-a-kind or individually produced, minor variations are expected and form part of the nature of the product.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, if any, will be shown during checkout or communicated where appropriate.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
5. Orders
Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted when we confirm or begin processing it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- stock or availability issues;
- suspected fraud;
- payment problems;
- incorrect customer information;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel a prepaid order, any amount received for the cancelled order will be refunded using an appropriate available method.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Where Bank Transfer is selected, the order may remain on hold until payment is received and verified.
Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, eligibility may depend on the product, order value, delivery location or other operational considerations.
An order requiring advance payment may be cancelled if payment is not received within the period communicated to the customer.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped according to the conditions described on our Shipping Policy page.
Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, unforeseen events or other factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

8. Returns, Damage and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Because handmade artwork may have natural variations, such variations alone will not normally qualify a product as defective.
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from the order, please contact us within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy and provide the information or photographs reasonably required to assess the issue.
9. Custom and Personalised Artwork
Custom or personalised artwork may be created according to specifications agreed with the customer.
Because such products are specially made, custom or personalised orders may have different cancellation, return or refund conditions from standard products.
Any specific terms communicated and accepted for a custom order will form part of the agreement for that order.
Natural artistic variations may occur during the handmade production process.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the artwork, photographs, product designs, graphics, website design, written content, branding, logos and other original material displayed on this website belong to PUTUSHART or are used with appropriate permission.
Purchasing an artwork or product does not transfer copyright or intellectual-property rights in the artwork or design.
You may not reproduce, copy, manufacture, publish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or create unauthorized derivative works from our content or artwork without prior written permission.
11. Customer Accounts
Where account registration is available, you are responsible for:
- providing accurate information;
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- restricting unauthorized use of your account.
Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.
12. Coupons and Promotions
Discount codes, coupons and promotional offers may be subject to specific validity periods, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions or other conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to withdraw or correct a promotion where there is an error, misuse or suspected fraud.
